Ted Havens vice president with First Financial Insurance has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. He earned his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 1984 and co-owned White and Havens Insurance for 18 years until it was acquired by First Financial in 2004. Currently he is responsible for agency operations customer retention and new business sales. His focus is on large and small commercial property and casualty insurance.
