Taylor has more than 20 years of experience in creating long-term, meaningful business relationships that solve client problems and improve client performance. His successful track record of working with claims management, corporate legal department, and law firm leaders to showcase value, understand developing trends and identify best practices helps CaseRev clients increase operational efficiencies while creating collaborative platforms that improve partnerships with outside law firms. Prior to joining CaseRev, Taylor was VP of Sales and then President of CaseKnowledge, Inc., and before that National Director of Strategic Accounts for TyMetrix, a CT Corporation Company. He began his career purchasing legal services for MMI Companies, the nation’s second largest hospital professional liability underwriter before its purchase by The St. Paul Companies. Taylor's articles and interviews have appeared in numerous publications, including the National Underwriter Magazine, Claims Magazine, The Journal of the National Association of Insurance Litigation Management, AM Best's Review, and For the Voice, the national publication of the DRI. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, Columbia University and studied law at Boston College Law School. |
