Mr. Cole, JR. has been a director since February 2004. Mr. Cole has been a Partner at Charterhouse Group, Inc., a private equity firm, since October 2002. Mr. Cole served as Senior Vice President of Charterhouse from June 2001 to October 2002 and served as Vice President from January 2000 to June 2001 and has been employed at Charterhouse since July 1998.
