Taylor Mayes is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution. He represents individuals and companies in commercial litigation, product liability litigation, health care litigation, personal injury litigation, professional negligence and malpractice litigation, insurance coverage litigation and other general litigation. His practice includes handling trials and appeals in both state and federal courts as well as arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Mayes handles numerous state regulatory matters for health care entities and insurance companies. He is also general counsel for an e-learning company based in Nashville and assists the company in the areas of contract negotiations, employment matters, business transactions and intellectual property.
