Tara Crane is in her second season as Manager of Marketing & Licensing for the ECHL. Crane is responsible for the management of the league’s licensing program, consisting of more than 50 national and local licensees as well as facilitating and assisting in the implementation of corporate sponsorship. She also coordinates the organization of the annual ECHL All-Star Game and the annual ECHL Marketing and Communications Meeting.
Crane came to the ECHL from Princeton Communications Group, Inc. where she was an account services manager with clients that included the Newark Bears minor professional baseball team as well as Capital Health System, Tyco International and Pharmacopeia. Several of Crane’s campaigns received awards from the New Jersey Communications, Advertising and Marketing Association (CAMA), including the Bears capturing the Billboard Environmental Mass Transit Award in 2004-05.
Crane received her bachelor’s degree in business/marketing with a minor in visual apparel merchandising from Albright College in Reading, Pa. While completing her undergraduate work, she worked as an intern at Reese & Associates in Reading and with Princeton Communications Group, Inc. in Pennington, N.J. Crane resides in Princeton, New Jersey. |
