Tara L. Phelan Carver

Ms. Carver's practice is focused on all aspects of the law pertaining to land use and real estate matters and planned real estate developments.
With an extensive background in transactional law, Ms. Carver counsels developers, builders and financial institutions in connection with a wide range of complex real estate and land development matters. Ms. Carver guides private clients through the process of securing financing for large development projects and she assists bank clients in preparing closing packages for all types of commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Carver also prepares and negotiates intricate loan agreements and documentation to meet borrower and lender requirements.
In addition, Ms. Carver advises clients with regard to properties that are in the development process and offers recommendations based on the entitlements those properties have received. She also prepares the documentation required in connection with the registration of planned real estate developments with the Department of Community Affairs.
