Tara L. Flynn is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation and Environmental Practice Groups. Tara counsels clients on regulatory and land use issues and assists with the environmental aspects of business and real estate transactions. Her background also includes experience in numerous Superfund litigation matters, and assisting clients in obtaining relief from environmental liability under Pennsylvania's Act 2.
Bar Memberships. Tara is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
In General. Tara graduated cum laude from Bryn Mawr College in 1980, with a bachelor's degree in music. In 1990, she graduated from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. Tara is formerly a member of the Advisory Board for the paralegal program at the Community College of Philadelphia, and the Perkiomen Valley School District Foundation. She is also Past President of the Rutgers Club of Greater Philadelphia. |
