Tanya Park is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office where her practice is concentrated in the areas of professional malpractice and products liability. Ms. Park additionally has practiced in the areas of securities employment and commercial litigation. Ms. Park is involved in managing all phases of trial preparation in legal and medical malpractice actions. She has also represented a large medical device manufacturer in nationwide product liability litigation. Ms. Park has also handled litigating injunctive and arbitration proceedings arising out of investors’ claims and violations of restrictive covenants for large, full service brokerage firms. She has presented oral argument for a criminal appealbrief in front of the Appellate Court of Illinois. While a law student at Valparaiso University, Ms. Park was selected to compete for the Moot Court Society and the National Mock Trial team.
