Tana L. Utley is chief technology officer and vice president of the Technology & Solutions Division at Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Illinois. She has responsibility for the company's research and development activities.
Utley joined the company in 1986 and has held a variety of engineering and management positions. Utley led the Electronic & Electrical Systems business unit in Caterpillar's Motion & Power Control Division. She also has served as the director of Engine Design, Large Engine Products & Fuel Systems Division.
Utley has a bachelor's degree from Bradley University and a masters of science in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts.
She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers and Society of Automotive Engineers. She also serves on the Bradley University College of Engineering and Technology Advisory Council. |
