Ms. Crabtree is the first point of contact for most of our customers. In her capacity as Lab Manager Tammie prepares quotations answers customer queries accepts incoming orders distributes samples for analysis and does sample follow-up. She is responsible for operational up-keep of lab equipment management of client records and CBI's peptide and chemical inventory databases. She is considered expert in most areas of automated peptide synthesis and directs CBI's preparative HPLC lab used for peptide and protein purification. Tammie has been instrumental in helping to establish CBI's unique extraction protocol of toxins from environmental samples. Formerly with Environment 1 Inc. in Greenville NC Tammie came to CBI in 1998. She received the BS degree in Biology from East Carolina University and is the recipient of several academic awards. |
