Tammie Rattray concentrates her practice in all areas of labor law and employment litigation. Her practice includes union avoidance, union organizing campaigns, negotiations, alleged unfair labor practices, wage and hour, and all aspects of EEO claims, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases. She has defended numerous cases, at both the administrative level and in both state and federal court. Tammie also advises clients on a daily basis and provides practical guidance on a range of human resources issues. She is a board certified specialist in Labor and Employment law by The Florida Bar.
Tammie is a member of the Hillsborough County, Florida and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to all Florida state courts, the 11th Circuit as well as the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. In addition, Tammie serves on the Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee, Council for a Union-Free Environment.
Tammie is the co-author of Recent Developments in Employer Liability for Sexual Harassment-Ellerth and Faragher, 72 Fla. B.J. 94 (Oct. 1998). Further, Tammie has spoken at numerous workshops and seminars on wide-ranging issues including union organizing, drug testing, electronic privacy, and preventing harassment and discrimination in the workplace. She was also listed in Florida Trend magazine as an "Up and Coming" lawyer in its 2006 Florida Legal Elite listing. Tammie is listed in the 2008 edition of Best Lawyers in America and is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
