Tamika Nordstrom is experienced in general litigation and specializes in the area of labor and employment litigation. Ms. Nordstrom provides employment counseling services, including negotiating settlement and separation agreements, and drafting and enforcing noncompete agreements. She assists corporations in all areas of employment practices, including hiring, termination, and investigation of employment disputes. Ms. Nordstrom has practiced in various federal and state appellate courts and before arbitrator tribunals. She has significant experience with dispositive motion practice and has experience with bench and jury trials. Ms. Nordstrom has also assisted in the representation of broker-dealers in securities litigation in federal district courts and securities arbitrations before the National Association of Securities Dealers, including corporate raiding claims and customer complaints. Ms. Nordstrom has been consistently named a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics, a recognition based on attorney polling across Minnesota. She was recently selected as an "Up and Coming" attorney by Minnesota Lawyer magazine. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Nordstrom was a clerk with the Minnesota Supreme Court.
