Ms. Velasco has been with Florence Manufacturing since 1998. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's customer service programs including the in-bound call center, project quoting, sales data and dealer communications. Ms. Velasco has completed course work in psychology at Northern Illinois University. |
