Tambria Chinchor received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University (1987) and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh (1990). From 1992-96, she was the Manager of Accounting for Automated Healthcare, the developer of the first robotic medication dispensing system for hospitals (ROBOT-Rx).
After the acquisition of Automated Healthcare in 1996 for $67 million, she assumed the responsibilities of Controller for the Automation Division from 1996 to 2003. In 2002, Chinchor was named Acting CFO of the Automation Group. In these roles, she was responsible for software revenue recognition, lease accounting and customer contracts as the Automation Division grew from $8 million to $140 million of revenue and from a single product to eight product lines.
In 2004, Chinchor completed Six Sigma Blackbelt Training and was named Director of Process Development, leading projects to streamline processes in Finance, Implementation, Service and Manufacturing that resulted in several million dollars in savings. In 2005, she joined Aethon as its Vice President of Finance. |
