Vice President, Account Manager - Ford Motor Company
Ms. Schultz leads TechTeam's Ford Motor Company account on a world wide basis. In this capacity she is responsible for the management and oversight of TechTeam's partnership with Ford, Ford subsidiaries and strategic TechTeam alliances. She is responsible for maintaining Ford customer relationships in six regions to foster a solid partnership between Ford and TechTeam. She is the TechTeam global owner of the Ford Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Program which provides helpdesk, desk-side, decentralized server support and service enablers which deliver IT support to Ford end-users and suppliers across the globe. Ms. Schultz also has responsibility for TechTeam's Ford Tier One contract staffing business, delivery of PC Renewal and Move services under the Dell Managed Service as well as other complimentary service offerings. Ms. Schultz’s primary responsibilities include strategic planning and development, partnership development, leading account teams to exceed customer expectations, and executing consultative growth plans.
Prior to joining the Ford account team, Ms. Schultz was the pioneer of TechTeam's Performance Management Office (PMO) with responsibility for delivering solution architecture, proposal and contract development, new account implementation, workforce management and ISO/customer specific quality certifications across the TechTeam organization. |
