Tamara Spicer practices in the General Business Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. She litigates and provides advice to clients regarding a wide variety of employment matters. These include race, disability, age, and religious discrimination; family and medical leave; sexual harassment; wage and hour issues; employee handbooks; workers' compensation retaliation; compensation agreements; trade secrets; non-compete contracts; and employee monitoring.
Tami's business litigation work includes contractual disputes, insurance matters, partnership disputes, and fraud claims. She is involved in all aspects of litigation from its initial filing through disposition. She has extensive motion practice experience and has handled all levels of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and dispositive motions.
Tami represents Fortune 500 companies and other corporations, major financial institutions, privately-held companies, and individuals in federal and state courts and in arbitration and administrative proceedings throughout the country.
