Ms. Hoffbuhr focuses her practice on defending individuals and corporations in commercial and securities litigation and banking law, including contract disputes, securities fraud allegations, and regulatory matters. She also has extensive experience in bringing and defending complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She has been the Denver litigation counsel for several national and local financial institutions and broker dealers, lenders and companies. Ms. Hoffbuhr has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration proceedings, and has tried several bench and jury trials. Ms. Hoffbuhr received her law degree and a masters in business administration from the University of Denver. Ms. Hoffbuhr chairs the public policy committee of the Junior League of Denver volunteering her time to improve the health and welfare of Colorado's women and children. Ms. Hoffbuhr was born on a Navajo Indian Reservation in Fort Defiance, Arizona and raised in Denver, Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking and running. |
