Ms. Ben-Porath Adv., joined the company’s management team earlier this year. Prior to that, she served as external legal counsel of the Company since its inception. Her prior experience spans the full range of corporate transactions, including advising start-up companies on venture capital financing, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, employee incentive schemes, and day-to-day corporate matters. Tamar also has extensive experience in complex licensing deals, joint development agreements, and strategic alliances. Following her clerkship with the Israeli Supreme Court, Adv. Ben Porath practiced corporate law with a top Chicago law firm, and after returning to Israel, joined as a Partner in the Israeli law firm of Eitan, Pearl & Co. Ms. Ben-Porath holds an LL.B from the University of Tel-Aviv law school, and an LL.M degree from the University of Chicago Law School. |
