Tamah Rosker develops and implements human resource policies and programs for iBasis emphasizing strong employee communications and motivation as well as creative approaches to human resource development. Ms. Rosker brings to iBasis 12 years of experience working with high technology companies to develop human resource programs and address employment issues. As Vice President of HR and Employee Benefits for the speech and language technology company Dragon Systems Inc. Ms. Rosker administered programs in recruitment and retention compensation training benefits and employee services. Prior to Dragon Systems she was VP of HR and Employee Benefits at Kendall Square Research. A practicing labor and employment attorney for four years Ms. Rosker holds a BS degree in psychology from Tufts University and a law degree specializing in labor and employment from Boston College Law School. |
