Mr. Newton is a trial attorney in the firm’s Litigation Group. He handles a variety of civil and criminal litigation matters in State and Federal Courts. Mr. Newton has tried bench and jury trials and argued appeals in a variety of Missouri courts.
He frequently represents clients in business and contract disputes, employment matters, personal injury and insurance cases, class actions and appeals. Mr. Newton has wide experience litigating cases involving municipal employment matters affecting government employees and law enforcement officers.
Mr. Newton also assists clients in their defense against criminal allegations.
