Talin Haroutunian is an Associate in the Firm's Bank and Finance Group in Los Angeles, where she represents commercial banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in their secured and unsecured commercial finance transactions including commercial loans, asset-based loans, and film finance. Ms. Haroutunian's film finance experience includes representation of financial institutions in both single picture and complex multi-picture syndicated film slate financings.
Before joining Buchalter, Ms. Haroutunian's practice covered a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate maintenance and formation, real estate, oil & gas, employment litigation (class action and individual), corporate and trade secrets litigation, and counseling entities on various issues.
Ms. Haroutunian graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.A. in Political Science, and earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School where she was Executive Editor of the Entertainment Law Review. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Armenian Bar Association.
