Dr. Yang joined Gilead Sciences in 1993. In the role of Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing, she is responsible for managing the chemistry, manufacturing and quality control operations that support the chemical development, formulation and process development of active pharmaceutical ingredients for Gilead's commercial and investigational products.
Dr. Yang is a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, the American Chemical Society and the Drug Information Association.
Dr. Yang holds a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Southern California. |
