Tae-Sik Yoon is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of J.E Robert Company, Inc. and JER Commercial Debt Advisors LLC. He also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JER Investors Trust Inc. and is a member of its investment committee. Mr. Yoon joined J.E. Robert Company in 1999 and has primary responsibility for risk and portfolio management, capital markets, and finance and accounting. From 1989 to 1991, and then again from 1997 to 1999, Mr. Yoon worked in the investment banking group of Morgan Stanley & Co. and from 1994 to 1997 was an attorney at the law firm of Williams & Connolly. Mr. Yoon is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Law School. He is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and State of Maryland. |
