Tadd Crane, a Director with Kroll Zolfo Cooper, has 10 years of diversified business experience including seven years in restructuring. He has provided interim management and advisory services to distressed debtors in both bankruptcy cases and out-of-court situations. Tadd’s area of expertise is working capital management, financial planning and maximizing recoveries of asset dispositions.
Professional Experience
Tadd is currently serving as an Associate Director of Restructuring in the Collins & Aikman Chapter 11 case. He led the sale of various business lines, facilities and assets. Additionally, he has participated in negotiating with significant creditors and their advisors, led the closure of unprofitable facilities and was instrumental in the execution of the plant consolidation plan. At Malden Mills, Tadd was responsible for all aspects of cash management, the budget process, financial reporting, and negotiations with vendors and other interested parties. In addition, he participated in numerous cost reduction initiatives.
Prior to joining Kroll Zolfo Cooper in 2001, Tadd was a member of the restructuring practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided advisory services in restructurings in various industries, including textiles, manufacturing, banking and telecommunications. Tadd has previous work experience providing public accounting and audit services to a wide range of clients.
