Mr. Adams is an experienced businessman, attorney and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience arranging deals. T.V. joined Chapman after serving as general counsel for one of the largest regional banks in the South. As general counsel of this bank, T.V. was involved in the acquisition of over 40 smaller regional banks and financial institutions. He earned his law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina Law School, his M.Ed in Accounting from East Carolina University and his A.B. from Davidson College. T.V. has developed a specialty in manufacturing, furniture and transportation companies. He represents Chapman clients in the southeastern United States. T.V. and his wife reside in Charlotte, NC. |
