As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Mukherjee is responsible for multi-tiered enterprise project implementations, P&L, budget management, SLA and operations management. A highly versatile strategist, he is an expert in building, enabling, controlling, and enhancing corporate growth through design of enterprise solutions that align global operations to strategic IT initiatives. Throughout his career, Mr. Mukherjee managed engineering operations in various industries where he developed industry-leading business processes. His technical expertise, complemented by extensive global business experience, helped create and optimize the information systems infrastructures and alignment of corporate business and technology strategies.
Mr. Mukherjee's diverse background involved managing strategic sales, marketing as well as leading the implementation, application, and alignment of technology-based business enabling solutions for the Federal, State and local governments, high technology, telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing industries. By assisting Optimos achieve its global business strategy, he has helped Optimos receive broad recognition with high level IT software companies and large system integrators. He also established the Quality Management Delivery Practice to bring Optimos CMM level III quality standards. Mr. Mukherjee has a M.S. degree in Information Systems. |
