As Kane Realty Corporation’s Development Manager, T. J. Barringer leads and oversees all development efforts of North Hills by efficiently integrating development with the operation of Kane’s retail and mixed-use properties. Prior to his current position, T. J. worked for a little over a year with Kane as a Development Associate where, among other things, he played a critical role in managing the development for North Hills East. Before joining Kane, T. J. consulted in the Atlanta office of Bain & Company, a global business strategy consulting firm where he drove results for clients in numerous industries. He also has analyst experience with Lehman Brothers Investment Bank in New York and Highwoods Properties in Raleigh. T. J. graduated with highest distinction from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration, and he also studied at the center for European studies at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. |
