Dr. Gregoire has served as one of our directors since June 2006. From 2004 to 2005, Dr. Grégoire served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GlycoFi, Inc., a biotherapeutics company. From 2003 to 2004, Dr. Grégoire was a consultant to the biopharmaceuticals industry. From 2001 through 2003, Dr. Grégoire served as Executive Vice President, Technical Operations, of Biogen Idec Inc., a biotechnology company, and from 1995 to 2001, she held various roles of increasing responsibility with Biogen Idec Inc. Prior to Biogen Idec Inc., Dr. Grégoire held clinical research and regulatory roles with Merck & Co., a pharmaceuticals company. She is currently a director of IDM-Pharma, a biopharmaceuticals company, and Caprion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company. She received her Pharm.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her pharmacy graduate degree (Bachalaureat en Pharmacie) from the Université Laval, Quebec City. |
