Dr. Grégoire was the Chief Executive Officer of GlycoFi, Inc., a biotechnology company, from October 2004 to August 2005. Prior to that, Dr. Grégoire was with Biogen (now Biogen Idec) since 1995, where she led the European development and approval of AVONEX and served as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs from January 1999 to October 2000. She subsequently served as Biogen's Vice President of Manufacturing from October 2000 to August 2001 and as Executive Vice President of Technical Operations from August 2001 to December 2003. Prior to that Dr. Gregoire was with Merck and Co. in various positions in clinical research and regulatory affairs in Canada, New-Jersey and Belgium. Dr. Grégoire serves on the Board of Directors of Caprion Pharmaceuticals and of Cubist Pharmaceuticals.
