Sylvain Dhenin is Managing Partner and a member of the Executive Committee with CTPartners, the performance-based executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Sylvain has a 10-year track record of serving clients in the technology, professional services and private equity industries, and is active throughout Europe. He has recruited CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and other senior-level executives. He has also assisted private equity firms in management due diligence. Prior to joining CTPartners, Sylvain was Managing Partner of Whitehead Mann SAS, the French branch of Whitehead Mann plc where he was responsible for the leadership of France. He joined Whitehead Mann in 2000 as Partner in Charge of the Technology and Professional Services practices and was responsible for expanding the firm’s presence in these sectors. Sylvain began his early career at Danone and Michael Page before moving to the executive search industry with Morgan Howard, a Technology and Professional Services search boutique where he was Managing Partner for France and then all of Europe. Sylvain holds a Business Degree from the High Business School of Bordeaux, one of the top French business schools. He is married and the father of three children. |
