Syed Zaidi is CTO of DoublePositive and has been with the company since its inception. As CTO, Syed is responsible for developing the company’s enterprise architecture, business systems, IT standards and policies, information security, and strategic and technical operations. Syed began his career as a consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton. During his consulting tenure Syed designed, developed, and led many high profile projects in both the public and private sectors. In the past, his clients have included Accenture, The State of Maryland, The Commonwealth Fund, Allegis Group, and Microsoft. Syed built an outstanding reputation as a consultant by focusing on solving business problems through the pragmatic use of technology. Most recently, Syed was the Application Development Manager for a 600 employee law firm in Washington, D.C. where he was able to extract over $1 million in operational efficiencies in his first year. Syed received his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. |
