As Chief Executive Officer of GUARD Insurance Group, Sy Foguel participates in the strategic planning and positioning of the organization, helping to promote initiatives that make realization of long-term goals possible. He interacts with senior executives to monitor the management, administration, and utilization of resources within the group and serves as our primary liaison with our parent company - Clal. Due to his past experience and actuarial training and certification, Sy also offers valuable guidance in setting corporate policy for pricing, reserving, and other financial practices. Part of his vision for GUARD is a successful expansion into other lines of coverage while continuing to target small- to mid-size commercial customers. |
