Swatick Majumdar , Managing Director. His experience in the financial industry is spread over 16 years. He has helped financed numerous high growth companies in the bio-technology and software industry. His focus and activities is to provide strategic, operational and financial guidance to companies. Prior to joining Chatsworth Securities LLC, Mr. Majumdar has held key executive positions as Senior Vice-President at Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC and Josephthal &Co. While at Josephthal & Co, he conceptualized and forged a Joint Venture with CIFCO Finance, a leading Investment Bank in India. Mr. Majumdar was appointed Executive Director to undertake cross border Investment Banking activities. He was also a Founder and Chief Evangelist Officer of Riverhead Sports Management, Inc; a Hospitality and Entertainment company. He most recently served as Director of Investment Banking at Adamson Brothers, Inc. He received his Masters Degree in Commerce from India and a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems from University of Central Texas. In addition he has completed coursework in Investment Banking from New York University. |
