Dr. Swati Shah is a practicing Pathologist and Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology as well as Hematology. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Shah completed her residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles. Following her residency, Dr. Shah entered into a Hematopathology fellowship training program at UCLA Medical Center.
After finishing her fellowship program, Dr. Shah served as a Staff Pathologist for Scripps Clinic, La Jolla, CA. During that time, she served as Medical Director of Hematopathology and Flow Cytometry as well as Assistant Head of Clinical Pathology. Subsequently, she has worked as a staff pathologist at Kaiser Permanente and most recently, as a senior Hematopathologist at Genoptix Laboratory in San Diego, CA.
