Svetlana Kostyukova joined Golden Telecom in 1992. She was appointed as the Head of Customer Care Business Unit in 2005. She is responsible for the corporate policy development in terms of customer care services and programs and all customer care operations.
Svetlana Kostyukova started in the company in the position of operator. For more than 7 years in sales she was promoted from the position of manager to the Head of the Sales Unit. Today her operating activities include two main directions:
Customer Care Operations
Commercial Call Center Operations
Svetlana Kosyukova works with all Golden Telecom market segments: consumer, small and medium business and corporate.
