Suzanne Ruland joined NOVO 1 in July 2002. Suzanne has over 16 years of diversified leadership, sales, marketing and financial experience in both small and corporate business environments. She served previously as Region District Manager of CoAMS Inc., a leading business-to-business provider in the Trade Promotions industry. Her responsibilities included the development of key partner relationships and driving new business across diverse industries, achieving 28% market penetration within 11 months with a dynamic sales team. Prior to CoAMS Inc., Suzanne worked for CNH Global Corporation. In this role she was responsible for developing and managing the first corporate marketing strategy for CRM, increasing market share and customer loyalty while coming in under budget - $5M. Prior to CHN, Suzanne worked in various leadership roles for GE serving GE Medical, GE Aircraft Engine and GE Financial Services where she built sales teams, developed strategic operatives and drove portfolio growth.
Ms. Ruland has the lead role in corporate sales, developing the NOVO 1 national sales process and coordinating the sales teams in response to requests for proposals.
