Suzanne has strong experience unlocking emotional and rational triggers that help create great brand advertising. She started her career in advertising and marketing research, working on the Ford Division account at J. Walter Thompson in Detroit, eventually working on all car and truck brands, including the re-launches of the Ford Taurus and F-150; Motorsports advertising; and the launch of the all new Ford Expedition. Additional agency experience at BBDO and Hampel Stefanides gave her experience on great brands like FedEx, BASF and Castrol Motor Oil. At American Express, she helped develop 360 degree integrated measurement tools for both traditional and non-traditional communications for Consumer Card and Small Business Services. She comes to Phoenix Marketing from Time Inc. where she headed up editorial and consumer marketing research for several magazine and website brands, including In Style, Fortune, Money, and People en Espanol. Suzanne has a Master of Arts in Sociology from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. |
