Suzanne joined Andrews Kurth after graduating from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2000. Her practice focuses on civil commercial litigation with an emphasis on cases involving alleged securities fraud, contract disputes, deceptive trade practices, business torts and attempted class actions. She has represented manufacturers, lenders, insurance companies, and software companies in both state and federal courts, and has also represented clients in actions to compel arbitration and to enforce judgments. Suzanne also has experience arbitrating cases with various arbitration services.
Suzanne was named a "Texas Rising Star" in April 2007 by Texas Monthly magazine. Rising Stars are selected based on nominations by members of the elite Texas Super Lawyers list. Rising Stars are the top up-and-coming Texas attorneys who are 40 or younger or have been in practice for fewer than 10 years. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state were chosen for this honor.
