Suzanne Biegel brings 20 years experience in training and communications, performance support, and marketing strategy, design, and development to help companies translate sustainability into understandable benefits, features, and solutions language and action for internal and external stakeholders.
Suzanne was a principal in the marketing firm MusicMatters, providing marketing strategy in the natural and organic consumer products sector. Her clients included the Organic Exchange, a consortium of manufacturers (including Nike, Patagonia, and Timberland), Stonyfield, Nature’s Path, ClifBar, Organic Valley, and many others.) Suzanne was previously the co-owner and CEO of IEC, a top tier training and communications firm; clients included Lexus/Toyota, United Airlines, American Express, Citigroup, Federal Express, and others across a dozen industries. The work spanned every internal functional area for Fortune 500 companies, a diverse set of business and change management challenges, and, many external supply chain and distribution channel audiences.
In 2000, Training Magazine named Suzanne as one of the "Top 20 Visionaries in E-learning." She received many awards for the work of her company, IEC. She is currently working with TreePeople, envisioning a sustainable Los Angeles, and on several other triple bottom line projects with other organizations.She is on the boards of Liberty Hill Foundation and Rockwood Leadership, and is a member of Social Venture Network, Investors Circle, and NetImpact.
Suzanne holds a B.S. in Marketing from Wharton Business School, and a B.A. in Communications from Annenberg School of Communication. |
