Suzanne M. Remuzzi has been with Cullen and Dykman since 1990. She started in the firm's residential real estate department closing various kinds of loans and assignments for numerous banks. Her experience includes the training and supervising of paralegals and attorneys, reviewing title reports, resolving legal issues with title officers, bank clients, mortgage brokers, attorneys and borrowers and handling mortgage files from commitment to closing. She has also supervised many residential accounts. For the past four years she has represented the firm's banking clients in the commercial closing process and has been in charge of running a commercial account. She is experienced with the review of commercial leases, as well as corporate and partnership documents. She also handles legal issues as well as closings for residential, commercial and mixed-use properties and closes construction/building loans for residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. |
