Suzanne M. Dunham, Sr VP of Customer Service: Ms. Dunham manages the day-to-day operations of IBBS’ Customer Care Center. She is responsible for customer satisfaction, knowledge development, and service level management. Ms. Dunham brings over twenty years of senior level operational experience to IBBS with specific competencies in customer service, the application of new technologies, performance management, and process development. Throughout her career, Suzanne has executed strategies that have resulted in substantial increases in productivity, while simultaneously maximizing the quality of customer interactions. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. |
