Suzanne Shier is a partner in the Trust and Estate Department and has been with Chapman and Cutler LLP from 1985 through 1991 and from 1994 to the present. Ms. Shier represents individuals, charitable organizations, and corporate fiduciaries in a wide variety of estate planning and fiduciary administration matters. Her practice includes general estate planning; income tax planning; gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; retirement account and life insurance planning; estate and trust administration; probate practice; and advising corporate fiduciaries regarding matters of will and trust administration, risk management and litigation.
