Suzanne L. Keenan Senior Vice President of National Customer Operations and Comcast University is responsible for Comcast’s Customer Experience and Corporate University strategy and execution. In this dual role Suzanne oversees the service provided to Comcast's more than 24.2 million customers focusing on making Comcast a preferred service provider for its cable video high-speed Internet and voice products. In addition Suzanne oversees Comcast University the company’s professional learning and development program with educational offerings for its more than 87 000 employees nationwide.
Prior to joining Comcast in 1999 Suzanne served as PECO Energy’s’ Vice President of Customer and Marketing Services and held in various management roles including General Manager Customer Service and Director of Field Services.
Suzanne is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Nuclear Engineering and a MA from the University of Pittsburgh in Health Physics. She has also participated in executive development programs at Harvard Wharton and MIT.
In 2004 Suzanne received the Woman to Watch Accolade from Women in Cable and Telecommunications Foundation (WICT) and WICT’s Wonder Woman award in 2005. Suzanne was honored by Penn State as an Outstanding Alumni Lecturer (1999) and as an Outstanding Engineering Alumna (2002).
