Susie Lomelino is a vice president and director of the Consumer Products Groups at Michael Burns & Associates with responsibility for all of the firm’s consumer-related accounts. She joined MB&A in July of 2002 from Sunwest Communications where she was president of Sun Public Relations.Previously, she spent nearly 15 years at Publicis Public Relations and its predecessor, Bloom Public Relations, where she served as President and Chief Creative Officer and later as Chairman and Chief Executive Office.During her career at Publicis, she was largely responsible for the firm’s growth into a major national consumer products public relations agency representing leading brands in the personal care, health care, do-it-yourself and food industries including Trojan condoms, Nail depilatory, Arrid deodorant, TGI Friday’s restaurants, Iron Kids bread, Thompson’s Water Seal and over-the-counter remedies including Tavist sinus medicine, Theraflu cough and cold medicine and Triaminic children’s cough and cold syrup.A summa cum laude graduate of Arizona State University, Ms. Lomelino holds a Master Degree in Sports Public Relations from USC. |
