Susie Sedlacek brings 25+ years of experience and success in software and hardware services to Zend. She is responsible for the company’s customer services worldwide including professional services, training, and support. Prior to joining Zend, Susie was VP of Professional Services at Active Decisions (acquired by Knova), a Guided Selling web-application software company. Prior to Active Decisions, Susie was responsible for field support and consulting services for the Americas at Network Appliance (Nasdaq:NTAP). During her tenure, Susie oversaw the doubling of services year-over-year, and the development and execution of high value-added solutions to the enterprise data-center. Susie has held both global and international executive management positions at Niku, Serviceware, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard. Susie drove service solutions at each of these companies during their high-growth business phases and entry into the enterprise markets where total solutions around technology were strategic to corporate goals. Susie started her career in management consulting at SRI International. Susie holds an MBA and a BS in Economics from the University of San Francisco. |
