Introducing new communities involves everything from housing design to sales administration to public relations all areas in which Susan has exceptional experience. She has served as Director of Marketing with Coldwell Banker and as Director of New Community Operations for Shea Homes. Her many career success stories include the start-up of Anthem Country Club, which opened to record sales and traffic. In sales and marketing, Susan knows the importance of skillful strategy and action attributes she also developed while racing motocross.
