Susan Wang has served as one of our directors since October 2003. From 1986 to 2002, Ms. Wang served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Solectron Corporation, a worldwide provider of electronics manufacturing services. Prior to joining Solectron in 1984, she held financial and accounting management positions at Xerox and Westvaco Corporations. She started her career as a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
