Experience
Ms. Verbonitz concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, check fraud and negotiable instruments, commercial workouts and restructures and insolvency matters. She handles a variety of matters involving banking and other financial transactions. Among others, Ms. Verbonitz represents major financial institutions in the handling of consumer claims.
Professional Activities
While at Temple, Ms. Verbonitz was on the Moot Court Board and served as its brief editor. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations, and the Philadelphia Bar Association in the Corporate, Banking and Business Law Sections. Ms. Verbonitz has lectured for the Philadelphia Bar Association on litigation and courtroom practices and serves as a Master in the Temple American Inn of Court.
Bar Admissions
She was admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 1986.
