Susan's career has focused on banking, insurance, health care, and corporate services, and she has both business to business and consumer expertise. Most recently, she was a project manager at Marketing Leverage, Inc., where she worked closely with Fortune 500 clients on custom client satisfaction and retention analyses. Before that, Susan was a research analyst for Fleet Bank, where she conducted and analyzed an ongoing consumer market share and awareness tracking program.
