Susan is responsible for the leasing and marketing of over four million square feet of Class A office and retail space in Seattle and Bellevue. Other key duties include formulating marketing strategies for development projects and maintaining key relationships with tenants, brokers and potential users. After 14 years with Wright Runstad & Company, Susan left the firm to manage global real estate for Amazon.com and then took a position as vice president of leasing at Equity Office Properties Trust, where she was responsible for marketing and leasing more than 18 million square feet of office space in Seattle, Bellevue, Portland and Denver. Susan returned to Wright Runstad & Company in 2007. Susan was a founding board member of the Seattle Children s Fund and serves on the boards of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and enterprise Seattle. She was also a founding board member of the Network for Women at Equity Office Properties. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Emmanuel College, Boston, Massachusetts, in 1971 and graduated Cum Laude. |
